Office Manager

Oversees daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication across departments. Manages scheduling, invoicing, and document control. Maintains records, tracks expenses, and supports HR functions such as onboarding and payroll processing. Serves as the main point of contact for vendors, clients, and staff, ensuring efficient office systems and a professional work environment.

Construction Manager / Estimator

Responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance. Prepares detailed cost estimates, bids, and schedules. Coordinates with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project deadlines and specifications.
